Application Process

In addition to the online application, applicants must provide the documents outlined in the Entry Requirements to finalize their application.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted, the admissions committee may schedule an online interview.

Readmission
Students who were previously enrolled at UHSA and have not registered for courses for 12 consecutive weeks must submit a readmission application. Those who have attended another medical school since leaving UHSA are required to apply as transfer students.
A non-refundable application fee must accompany all readmission applications.
