Details on how to make payments and the available payment plans can be found by visiting the UHSA Payment Portal. Students are billed on a per-term basis.

Students enrolled through UHSA’s agency partners only

Option 1: Full Fee Payment
It is strongly advised that fees be paid in full before the academic term start date. This ensures there are no complications upon enrolment, and that the only financial consideration for the academic year is living costs.

Option 2: Two Instalments
Alternatively, fees can be paid for in two installments:

  • The first installment must be paid to confirm placement before the start date of the academic term.
  • The remaining tuition balance will be due within three months after the academic term starts. Specific deadlines will be provided in the issued invoice:
    • January for September starters
    • April for January starters
    • August for May starters

Late Payment Policy

Students who fail to pay by the due date risk interruptions in their education, including loss of access to classes, the student portal, exams, and grades. A late registration fee will also be applied, as detailed in the student manual.

Refunds and Cancellations

Information on refund policies for tuition deposits and withdrawal procedures can be found in the student manual.
