How to Pay

All applicants must pay a tuition seat deposit as a condition of their offer to confirm their place. Sponsored students must provide a copy of their official financial sponsorship letter.

Details on how to make payments and the available payment plans can be found by visiting the UHSA Payment Portal. Students are billed on a per-term basis.

For students enrolled through UHSA’s agency partners

Option 1: Full Fee Payment
It is strongly advised that fees be paid in full before the start date of the academic term. This ensures that enrolment is smooth and that living costs are the only financial considerations for the academic year.

Option 2: Two Instalments
Alternatively, fees can be paid for in two installments:

  • The first installment must be paid to confirm placement before the start date of the academic term.
  • The remaining tuition balance will be due within three months after the academic term starts. Specific deadlines will be provided in the issued invoice:
    • December for September term starters
    • March for January term starters
    • July for May term starters

Late Payments

Students who fail to pay tuition by the due date risk interruptions in their education, including loss of access to classes, the student portal, exams, and grades. Payments must be received by the due date to avoid a non-refundable $100 late payment fee.

If payment remains outstanding and a second billing notice is issued, an additional non-refundable $100 late payment fee will be applied if the balance is not paid by the new due date.

Students with an outstanding balance will be unable to register for the next term, receive transcripts, or continue progressing in their program until their account is paid in full. Please refer to the student manual for the current policy and procedures.
